There are arguably more quality restaurants per square mile in New London than in any other community in Connecticut. For your convenience, establishments are grouped by locations. Those listed in the downtown area are only a short walk from the transportation center and the information station. Keep in mind, however, that scenic New London is only six square miles. So while there are many outstanding restaurants concentrated downtown, do not hesitate to explore farther afield if time and weather permit. The views and foods will make it worth your while.
